Typically, local people will catch the vibe that you're a tourist off the bat. Broseidon's opener is pretty foolproof, when I'm abroad I usually open making it immediately clear that I'm not a local. Sometimes that's as innocent as jokingly pretending I'm lost, other times I've literally opened by asking if women from X country that I'm in are good in bed, and had a lot of success with that.

Things to make sure you do as a tourist:

play up the language barrier if there is one, helps your get away with saying more dirty things and sexualizing the conversation faster
up your kino a lot because you're from a different culture that could potentially be more physical... how will they know? bring them into your world
be like a little boy in a candy shop and enjoy the shit out of every moment there, people will buy into it. Have the girls show you around the area - walking with a beautiful woman from spot to spot in a foreign country is one of the more intimate things I've ever done travelling - enjoy that

Just put off that adventurous, "I want to meet people," "I want to have a good time," "I'm down for anything" vibe. Across all cultures, English-speaking or not, people can feel your vibe and read your body language that you're adventurous and down to do anything.

Well I did, I just approached a group of people that were hanging out on the beach drinking, I aproached the dudes first so I wouldn't come off as creepy, they were cool with it and a minute or two into the conversation they introduced me to all the girls in the group. We later went to a club, nothing special but better than staying home. Long story short, k-closed 2 girls at the club and got 1 number.

All I know is in certain countries, getting laid is super easy. Not from personal experience but from wings. This includes Taiwan, most Asian countries. And Northern Europe as they are more sexually liberal.
