It's not really about what you say, or the mechanical gestures that you do. Unfortunately you're probably not going to like this answer since it's fairly esoteric, but it's about the underlying, overall vibe that you put forth.

You know how, when you meet people, they just radiate a certain energy around them? You can just feel that they're awesome, and that you want to be their friend. Maybe they're just having a lot of fun doing what they're doing, and it grows on you. Maybe it's not an overtly sexual vibe. Maybe it's really, really subtle, borderline nonexistent. Basically, the idea is you project positive emotions and pump her state without being a needy dancing monkey, and chances are, she'll start to feel attracted.

To be honest, I don't have years of years of experience, so maybe I'm only seeing one piece of the puzzle. For example, my outer game could use a lot of work. But this principle is something that's worked for me with massive success. It's not like I'm fucking every girl I meet, but people want to be around me. People enjoy listening to the shit that I say (even if it's retarded shit like what hand positions I use to masturbate). People like me for who I am because I pump people with positive emotions without being needy (it's what people mean when they say "you are the party, so bring the party).

In my experience the 'conservative/religious' girls are usually the biggest sluts. Any sort of interest shown to her will result in some sort of sexual escalation.
