What to do if a girl blatantly looks at you at the gym?

She is sending you signals, dude. You look insanely manly concentrating on your workout. She finds that irresistible. Plus she wants to meet a fit guy so she can have workouts together. What's wrong with that? Talk to her. Ask her about her workout regimen and invite her for coffee/milkshake afterwards.

I haven't been to many different gyms but in my local one nobody, usually, starts their workouts before handshaking/greeting everyone around in the gym. Girls usually smile/say hi to everyone, so i guess it's easier to start a conversation for us here. Next time you see her just say hi/smile, maybe try asking her for some help or whatever. Just start a conversation, i don't think anybody would find that douchey.

Go talk to her.

Most people go to the gym to work out and not do things within the category of "not working out."

However, if you're getting eyes and a smile, there's no harm in striking up a conversation and seeing where it goes.

Just don't be the loser who gets hung up if a woman rejects him. That will make you unpopular in the gym real fast.

To me, gym etiquette for pickup pretty much follows day-game etiquette: if someone is concentrating on something, don't interrupt them unless you get a pretty strong invitation. It just so happens that at the gym, people tend to be concentrating a lot more of the time.
