Sex on the first date is risky for a number of reasons: The first one is legal: You need to call the girl the next day and frame out your relationship with her, telling her what she is to you and that you want to see her again, but don't tell her when. Whenever first date sex happens, it doesn't take much to have a tiny misunderstanding that you didn't even notice snowball and get reframed into a rape, so if you don't frame it for her, one of her helpful friends might do that for you. Problem is, the friend only heard half of the story (everything you did, minus everything the girl did.) Girls just talk that way because of society pressure.

Give her space and time to miss you. All those hormones that drove her into your arms yesterday are gone today, and might take a week or even a month to come back, so you gotta give her time to build them up again.

Exception: Ask her if she's getting any after-shocks. If yes, then get your ass back in there...she's not done with you yet. :0)

Odds of it turning into 1-night-stand are about 50-50, especially if alcohol was involved, so your relationship with her is actually in a more precarious position than it was the night before. When a woman has sex with you on the first date, if she's had 1-night-stands before, there's a huge risk that she'll file you in that part of her brain as well, and that's where you'll stay. That's why it's just better just to wait a couple of dates to avoid all these problems from happening. Good luck, I hope you get to see her again. Best bet is to make a date for 1 week later, and talk to her every 2-3 days, in order to give her long enough breaks to miss you.
