A little bit of background info:

I didn't have a great social life in high school and decided that I wanted to change that once I got to college.

So I show up to a lecture and see a spot next to a HB 7. I sit beside her and she begins commenting on how hot the room is and I say doesn't feel like it (the usual me would say it's cause I'm here but anyways) and from there on we talk about school and I make her laugh by bringing up some of my funny experiences I had so far in college until the prof shows up.

After the lecture is done we're getting out of our seats and I say to myself(get her number you fool!)

I'm not gonna lie, I felt really nervous had butterflies in my stomach and all that. I said to myself, you got this bro and then said to her this might sound random but I think you're cute we should go out.

I was so happy I said that and it made me realize that it's not hard to ask a girl out. She could've slapped me and I would've still been on top of the world.

She says I have a boyfriend to which I respond I could be your manfriend. She laughs and says true and we continue walking out.

After that as we're leaving she says that was really nice of you, thanks. I ask her where she's headed and since she's going in an opposite direction I wish her a good day and leave.
