Women cant let themselves go because ;

they dont have many things to do in the first place. They only have to restrain themselves from eating a lot of food and dicks - then society calls them unicorns.

Actually, I have a tale that goes against this. She started as a HB5 plate because she had a beautiful face but was chubby. She lost weight and got thin, now she's like a HB7.5. I LTR'd her around this point. Then, she bleached her hair (good move) and then hit the gym hard and sculpted a great ass. I'd say she's up around 8.5 now. She's really gone from quite normal to hot as fuck in the time that I've known her, and it's not just me having the GF halo--my friends have commented on it as well. I've heard a lot of things to the tune of "(Your LTR) was cute before. But wow, she's super fucking hot now. Respect."

And that's why she's my LTR. Gotta love the drive to improve.

My LTR was a college athlete (lacrosse) at a D1 school, very fit and dedicated to her sport which was attractive to me and still is. Her body was so tight because she was getting up at 4:30 every morning to practice 5-7 times a week.

After college she's gone into her professional field (nursing) and put on a few pounds, nothing major, I would say something less than 10lbs but she still works out regularly and is always down to do something active and fun together. I mostly attribute the weight gain to not changing the diet (lots of calories for athletic performance) while decreasing the amount of work (practice, games, lifting).

Obviously she's not going to keep that athlete physique forever but she hasn't "let herself go" in any sense, still very fit and attractive.

With all this said shes 24. I'm sure a lot will look different at 34. After all we're not married and I could drop her at a moments notice.
