The answer depends on if this is a LTR? Either way first acknowledge you cant negotiate forgiveness. Either she will forgive you or not. You must approach this with an abundance frame and be willing to let her walk away. Dont try to force it.

Yes, it's an LTR:

Ease up on the alpha, be more comforting. Shoot for 50% alpha, 50% beta during the apology.
Apologize once, only once. Dont gravel or beg or loose frame... apologize with dignity. Apology should be face to face and have these three steps. (A) apologize for your specific actions (B) acknowledge the negative impact and emotions your action caused (C) relate to those emotions in an empathetic way
Own your shit. Everyday we should me making a mental inventory of the shit we did wrong and pondering how to do better in a more confident and masterful way. If we acted cruel towards a women it is likely we let her get under our skin. Remember, we should be approaching women with an amused mastery much like we would approach our bratty little sister.

If its not an LTR then the only real difference is you should be going for 75% alpha, 25% beta. Be a bit more cold, after all she hasn't earned the extra comfort from you yet.
