I've (female) been in a committed relationship with my partner for nearly two years. Before me, my girlfriend was one of those people who teased and flirted with everyone. Not in a slutty way, but in a cute, confidant, you-can't-get-this kind of way. A lot of lesbians are like that. ;) She's such a keeper, great in bed, such a perfect tease....I don't know how I snagged her! However, she's my first relationship. I was essentially a virgin when I met her (I had a few unimportant little experiences, but knew I was a lesbian). I'm crazy about sex, but I always have to ask...because I can't seem to flirt in a way that impresses her at all. :/ I have plenty of confidence, too, so that's not a problem. I don't know what it is, but it's like my wanting sex is a turn-off for her. I don't want to sound like I'm complaining about our sex life, I'm not! And she's super affectionate and tells me I'm beautiful and that she's attracted to me all the time. But I just can't give her "the look" and get down to business... It feels so unfair. She can just glance at me and bite her lip and I'm nearly swimming in my own excitement...but that kind of thing from me would only get an eye-roll out of her.

So here's what I know: She likes to chase. It's her thing. She likes a girl who plays hard to get and, let me tell you, I'm not that girl. The, like, one or two times I've been like "whatever" about sex were the times she practically attacked me. ;) But I can't seem to figure it out from there.

My question is this: How do I play hard to get? What has worked for y'all? Any tips or tricks I could try? I'm just out of ideas and I'm willing to try almost anything.
