Earlier at work a female coworker asked me something along the lines of; 'I need some advice, how do I let my boyfriend down softly?'

I simply said I'd think about it and get back to her.

I've seen the kid he's BP as could be. I've never interacted with him but I figure this is for the best and hopefully he could come around some day.

What's the best approach? Is there a way to impart some third party RP knowledge to the guy? Or should I tell her I don't have the answers Sway.
