Are you asking them on dates? Are 100% of the women you are asking on dates telling you no?

If I had to bet, I'd say you aren't escalating. You're talking to women, you're meeting them...but you aren't making any moves of any kind. And you're wasting your time.

When you meet women be flirty. Touch them. Get their number. Ask them on a date the first time you text them. Be polarizing. Make them see you as a potential sex partner - then get rejected by 95% of them.

Now, go out and do this for 20 women, 1 will go on a date - and congrats! You've taken the first step. Rinse/repeat/get better.

I compliment girls in the library

You might be approaching this whole "talking to girls" thing in the wrong way. Talking to girls isn't a game where you give them a bunch of compliments and then they roll over and love you. You have to get them interested in YOU - talk about yourself, your passions, etc... And see how they fit in with her passions and stuff. You need to get deep.
