Understand that the deck is stacked against you and work twice as smart, twice as hard. Never cry about it, never sulk about how "unfair" it is, because the world doesn't give a shit.

Consider this: African-American men are held to a highly unfair standard when it comes to being suspected of crimes - ask any college-educated Black friend of yours about their experience driving in nice neighborhoods, going to upscale stores and the immediate suspicions that are leveled their way.

Likewise, Asian men are seen as obedient, good cogs in the corporate machine. If you wish to break that stereotype, take bold, aggressive high-visibily leadership roles in your life (both social and work).

This cascades into both financial rewards, and also will raise your stock to women (both Asian and other races, if you wish to date outside Asian-American females).

How does it even remotely matter? Even if you're in a couple with someone, the only thing that matters is how that couple perceives one another. Other peoples' reactions only affect you insofar as you let them. Again, it's entirely a fabrication based on fear of rejection. It has zero basis in reality. If that guy is comfortable with himself, it won't matter in the slightest that other people think his girlfriend is out of his league.

Hell, half of my friends (who are ugly as fuck by conventional standards) have shot this league theory to pieces. My best friend is dating one of the hottest girls I've ever seen, and the dude is chubby, balding, and wears nerdy t-shirts in public. But he's incredibly self-confident, so it doesn't matter. She's totally into him. And you know what? They've had zero societal consequences because of this hotness disparity.

At the higher levels, it does matter.

"one of the hottest girls I've ever seen" is almost certainly not in the "one of the hottest girls in the state/region.

At higher levels, the number of Super-Alpha interlopers multiply and circle like sharks.

Guys smarter than you, richer than you, smoother than you, taller than you, better-looking than you.

They will probe your relationship for chinks in the armor and in disarming and in plausible-deniability ways, make a run for your woman just for shits and giggles.

If you haven't experienced this, then I assure you that your friends' girlfriends are, at best, regional 9s that you've globalized into thinking they are world-class 10s.

It's perfectly understandable - and I want believe the best about my friends and their lovers too. But there is a reason high-status/hot women pairing off with ordinary schmoes is such a rare story, like Jessica Alba marrying Cash Warren.
