I wrote a blog post about this. The short answer is that it is going to be very hard to get her back because once she has put you in the 'don't care about you' bucket its hard to get out of that bucket, but here are some techniques you can try:

That was your problem, you said you liked her.

Don't ever do that, especially when they don't ask you. Girls like a challenge, if you tell her you like her, she'll feel wanted and go out with you out of appreciation, but then when you actually hang out, she finds out your 'easy' and lower value, so she doesn't quite want you anymore.
She didn't say she likes you back. That's another problem. Most girl will tell you the like you back or hint it pretty obliviously.

Your best bet now is to take her on an emotional roller coaster, or forget about her and move on.

Definitely DON'T text her what you were thinking. You need to get HER attracted to YOU. You want HER to be the one wondering if you are getting distant/cold and wanting YOU. Not the other way around.

Your two options should be: A) Leave it alone for at least a few days. Give her some damn space B) Completely ignore until she comes to you
