Context: We're both in university and have known each other with some small talk here and there. She laughs at my jokes (same sense of humor etc.) and I get along with her and her friends. She's a few years below me in the same course.

Met her at a university event and made some small talk and banter. Asked her to go out to food sometime (she's a foodie and doesn't drink alcohol so no bars etc.) and she said she was "unsure". Saw her a few times and messaged 3 days after to see how she's doing etc. Asked her after a few days of messaging about going out sometime and she said she's already been to the place I wanted to take her to. No suggestion of another place.

Since then we've talked a bit in person when we run into each other but nothing more.

Time to move on/let her make the next move (if she does)?
