I'm not yet an expert at any of this, but I'm starting to see a ton of self improvement and develop a real love for pick up beyond my love for women! Skimmed this /r/ a bunch so i figured i'd give some feedback based on my own experiences.

I've found I play two types of game for women. I call them "controlling" and "challenging". A more controlling game is one I play with with timid, "feminine" women. I try to convey "Don't worry sweetie, I'll guide you through all this" This is not a domineering game, but the point is to comfort the girl and make her feel like she doesn't have to worry about anything. A more challenging game is one I play with more assertive woman. I make myself a challenge with mixed body language, more sarcasm and less guiding of the situation. All women get a mix of controlling and challenging. To be honest I love the challenging game more but most women my age respond well to a controlling game.

It might not be apparent at first which type of game to run more of with a new girl, but this is all about reading body language before an encounter and reacting appropriately to the interaction as it happens. I found that once I started thinking about these two types of game separately (though they're almost never mutually exclusive) it became easier to figure out which to use.
