Well, move it to kissing first. Don't question it - if she's grinding with you she probably won't mind kissing you. Then move it to another location; ask her if she wants to go outside for some air. Strike up some funny engaging conversation and then follow it up with getting her # or asking her to have a beer with you at your place.

Even though grinding is not a bad sign, I would also say that grinding in a club is pretty much nonconsequential in terms of hooking up with the girl or pulling her outside the club. It's kinda like making out with a girl, it really doesn't mean anything than just having fun in the moment.
