It's just another day, man. If your verbal and non-verbal communication are indicating to her that you're not a creep, then you aren't.

Does this girl add value to your life? Do you find her attractive? Then escalate physically and enjoy your night with her. You're overthinking it because its Valentines day.

The only thing you're communicating to her by "saving the definitive moves until another time" or by "making it non-sexual" is that you aren't interested in her sexually. She will move on. As long as you're ok with that, then go for it. I would argue that you're not. So just do it.
