Good movie to watch when a girl is staying over?

You're not going on a date with us. How about asking her what kind of movie SHE is interested in seeing? There's no substitute for information coming straight from her.

I mean, Jerry Maguire has been REALLY good for me, but I've gotten laid after anime, horror, comedy or action movies at home before.

I go for 21 Jump Street every single time.

Although once, on a whim and because she mentioned never having seen it, I put on Pirates of the Caribbean. The first one. I hadn't seen it myself in like five years...she was really tired/bored and fell asleep before Jack even got to Tortuga. But I was so into it that I didn't even care, I just watched the movie while the chick was sleeping on her stomach next to me and snoring.
