So, I was walking around my apartment complex when I met a girl walking her two dogs. We talked for for a little, she asked which place was mine and pointed out to me where she lived. When she was leaving, she said, "If you ever see me around give me a holler." Well, I didn't see her for over a week. So, I decided to go knock on her door and ask her out. She said yes and we exchanged numbers.

I texted her asking when she would be able to go out. Got that information and was planning on ending it with a, 'Cool. Looking forward to it.', but she started asking me questions through text so I kept texting her because it was at night and I didn't have anything else to do.

That same night it just happened to be snowing and I had an urge to go out to the apartment's hot tub. I figured, 'Why not?' and texted her saying I was going to go out to the hot tub because I haven't ever been in one while it was snowing and she was welcome to join me if she wanted. She said she was recovering from a cold and she didn't think it was a good idea, but would be up for it another time.

I took her out, had a good dinner, good conversation and I even brushed legs with her and kept them there while sitting across from her -- I know it's not much, but that's something for me. Anyways, we leave the restaurant and she says that we should go hang out somewhere warm. I ask if she had a place in mind, figuring she meant like a bar or something. She mentions that her place is a mess and her couch is covered in dog hair.

I recently moved here and don't have much furniture, yet. So, FOR SOME REASON BEYOND ME, I mentioned to her that I didn't have a couch at my place, yet. She says, 'You don't even have a couch at your place?' After that, she mentions that she should call it a night. Walk her to her door, give her a hug and didn't go for the kiss because I was unsure of things.

She mentions that she won't be busy during the weekend and we should hang out. Texted her Saturday around mid-morning. Didn't get a reply until that night where she said that she was sorry for not responding because she, 'Had a terrible day and was feeling anti-social'. I simply said, 'No worries.' because I was with some friends at the time.

Asked her the next day if she wanted to hang out later in the week and she didn't respond for a couple of days. She said she was going through a rough patch and she was going to text me so it didn't seem like she was ignoring me. I tell her that if she needed to talk then we can hang out or we could do something else that doesn't require much talking. (I said this because I figured, 'What do I have to lose?') She responds with, 'I love charades!'.

I feel like there's something there, but I'm not really sure where to go from here. I know there's a ton of information there, but kind of feel it's necessary. Thanks for reading!
