My current relationship is with a girl I used to see a year and a half ago, I rekindled by adding her on fb. Asked her out on dates kino and escalation was no problem as we were both comfortable with each other from before.

If shes going out with you, you should be able to transition back to the period when you were intimate.

If its someone you broke up with, don't forget there were reasons you broke up with them, it its someone who hooked up with, you run the risk of implying you want something more serious. Just my 2 cents though.
