What do you do when the girl gives you the "I'm too shy/anxious to meet up" response?

Reassure her that it's only for a drink/coffee and that you just want to be able to talk to her in person. You feel it's impersonal to just talk online and that you think she'd be more comfortable meeting in a place she goes normally. Hell ask if you can just go grocery shopping with her. Or to the mall. Low pressure just friendly time spent together.
