First of all, the point of a date isn't to leave her "begging for more." It's for you to have fun. If she has fun, that's great, but it's not your problem. A big mistake guys make is that they think a date is some performance they have to put on to impress the girl. Fuck that. A date should be fun for the both of you.
Now, onto your question. I would recommend any guy to have a foot in his city's arts scene. Comedy shows, plays, art exhibits, live bands, etc... You should always have a solid lineup of things to go that you yourself enjoy, that you would go to if there were no girl. Once you have a lineup of fun things, you can just invite the girl to them with no pressure: "hey I'm going to X art show at Y time. Wanna come?" If she says yes, great. She just tags along while you do your thing. If not, no sweat off your balls.

Great point.

This desire for a creative date is #1 on my 7 dating myths: https://www.joshsway.com/articles/view/7-dating-myths
Creative dates are a 'fallacy'. The girl will have fun but that is not what is important, what is important is her having fun DUE TO YOU. Front row tickets to the Knicks is fun with my grandmother, so what, I don't want to date her because of it.

I disagree. Wouldn't a date go better if the subject of the date is actually fun?

I have found that THE DATE went better, but my success with the woman was equal or worse, on a consistent basis. I prefer a date that is less crazy fun but that all the fun is due to me. If a girl has fun with you just going out for drinks, she knows its because of you, and not because of the fun activity, and that seems to have a more powerful effect than simply a fun date that would be fun for anyone and with anyone. At least that has been my experience.
That isn't to say a crazy creative fun date is necessarily BAD, but I just haven't found it has ever increased my chances and it runs the risk of coming off as try hard/needy.

Well I am in a photography class, and I have taken many girls outside the town to take pictures. I bring a nice dinner/picnic so then we dont have to go into town and be around people the whole evening its just us! They love the beauty of nature, and how good they look in the pictures I take. F-close a majority of the time! Although it has been with just 6 girls... I don't know if this is something that you could do, its just an idea.

Taking a girl to a hibachi is a great date if you aren't really good at it. You have entertainment, so some of the pressure is off of you. Also there are other people around, so she is going to feel closer to you because you're the only one she knows.
