I'm gonna get straight to the point, I'm not going to be a Nice Guy ™ or some pussy ass shit to get down the girl's pants. I would label myself as a good guy at heart that would do assertive shit when needed.

From what I've heard, you need to do the bare minimum to just get a girl which in this case is confidence. But how, for example, would do like hookup or do some shit with the girl without being needy? What's your game plan?
