Anyone break their AA or EA by just overloading and exhausting whatever it is that keeps you from approaching?

Also, when you stop acting like your emotions have any effect whatsoever on what you should be doing, you will be more effective.

Sometimes, you have to put aside the feelings to be effective. Feelings are feelings, not decisions or actions - things go wrong when you try to mash them together.

Here's my view:

True blue AA never goes away. It is human nature to be afraid of rejection, and you can't just turn off an important emotion. A lot of the advice here is stupid: people say to "pump yourself up" to "get in state" so you won't feel AA - that's basically like doing a line of coke to approach, yes you will approach, but you are putting yourself in an unnatural emotional state to accomplish a stupid goal and it quickly wears off when you "get out of state." What you really need is honest to god confidence deep down in your soul so that you can approach women honestly and have deep conversations with them.
