Come on dude! You spoke to a girl through tinder, an app that many people already don't take seriously. Girls and guys use it to fuck around when they're bored. You probably got her in the right place at the right time when she was in the mood to chat or something.
Take tinder for what it is man. Use it to learn abundance, don't get stuck on one girl, don't let it consume your free time, and keep swiping right.
In my opinion, if she was interested, she would be responding. Your best bet is to stop texting her.

She likes talking to you when she's horny, but otherwise has a lot going on in her life... Also she knows you'll still be their, waiting for her
Do you have advice on what is the best next move? I'm thinking about being very blunt with her and telling her I don't care if we become nothing (I honestly dont care that much about banging her she's about a 7) also she seems very sarcastic and feeling less if that helps
