Since you seem to want a more detailed answer here:

There's two ways you can open, either directly or indirectly. It doesn't really matter which way you choose because you're going to be telling her your direct intentions at some point anyway.

The indirect method is you approach her from the side, front, maybe back but call after her with "excuse me" so you don't come off as rude. Then you go with a line such as, "I'm a little lost, do you know where I can find the bookstore?" or another place nearby that you may or may not know the location of. After she replies just say, thanks but part of the reason I stopped you is because I thought you were cute and I just had to talk to you, what's your name? Boom

The direct method is you skip all the bullshit and approach her and say, "so I was walking by, enjoying the lovely weather, and I happened to see a cute girl like yourself so I just have to stop and say something, what's your name?"

Or you could open with something like, "hey, everyday is a routine but today I'm going to break out of that routine and talk to a cute girl like yourself, what's your name"

Anything works really as long as you let her know you think she's cute, then you just transition into standard conversation.
