So, as the title says, Seddit has helped me so much! I honestly didn't know how great this information is. Let me lay it out for you...

Last night I was getting ready for a house party around one of my mates houses. Now, normally I'm not really the type to get invited to parties so this was nice.

I get there early as I know the host well and I went to help set up with a few other guys. Getting early is key! But I'll tell you why in a bit. So we set up and people start arriving. Time to start.

After about 30 minutes there where a few guys and a few girls. Then the 'popular' guys showed up. I made it my job to talk to absolutely everyone. This improved my social proof but I noticed that you run in to two types of people. Not everyone is happy to see you. I went up to the popular guys and talked to them, not because I liked them, because I could 'use' them. It's harsh but...

Now it's an hour in and the there's a knock at the door. The main attractions had arrived... It was a large group of 8/10s and 9/10s. They entered and no one talked to them!! All the 'popular guys where saying that they're too hot to talk to?!

This is when it hit me! I was going to be the coolest guy in the room! Stupidly I sat away from the hot group of girls. I kept getting told that they where too hot to approach and that we should wait till they are drunk! No. no. no...

I went upstairs, took a shot and psyched myself up. Honestly I was sooo nervous but I realised that I had to do it.

I strolled down the stairs straight up to the hot girls. They where still all alone. I pulled up a chair and just said "Why isn't anyone talking to you?" I laughed and got them talking about whatever. I got all their names and they asked for mine.

At first I had no target but I quickly got one. The group of the 6 of us slowly broke in to two 3s. We continued the conversation about college and stuff until... Ehh... I was just getting my 'target's' number when another one of their friends showed up. This meant that they all got up and said hello to her.

I was left sitting in the middle of a group of 6 amazingly hot girls. This is amazing but I still felt very 'wrong'. I was being weird. I suddenly jumped up and introduced myself to the new girl. She seemed cool but she fucked up my progress and so with the conversation over I went back to my friends.

I was feeling rather annoyed with myself until... Wow guys this is when it hit me how amazing this stuff is!

All the guys where still in their own group but they where all talking about me! It was like I just became a king. They where all saying "Did you see MuchAdoAboutNada?! He was just there talking to the hottest girls that he hadn't even met before!" I even heard one of the most 'popular' guys say "What's he doing? Oh he's probably just talking to them about computers or something gay..." I just stopped and laughed.

That was it. I got my 'target's' number and said goodbye to all the hot chicas. I know it wasn't much but I was the only guy to make new friends and get a number. I was the 1% I now had girls coming up to me left, right and centre.

What I learnt is that I became very admired by the girls because I was the only guy to go and talk them. That's it. I only introduced myself and I became the most desirable guy there. It was so simple. This was the first time I ever approach random people and it had amazing benefits. Just imagine the next time you do it.

So, as I said it was my first time and I have been left with some questions.

1) What should I text this girl to set up a date? I know that she doesn't go to my college and so the only way to contact her is by text.

2) Any tips on making people interested in you and want to ask you questions instead of you asking?
