I don't do dancegame, but I think you would have just led her away by the hand. Actually, you probably should have moved her when he was hitting on her in the first place, even though he failed.

I approached a woman at a bar she was 26 I am 21 she was an 8 and I think I am good looking enough that looks shouldn't be a problem.

Although people have preferences, looks are not what make you truly attractive. Attitude is the final determiner.

I then convince her to join me at a club when she was thinking about going home. At the club this guy starts trying to dance with her and she initially rejects him as she is dancing with me. Then he physically grabs her and keeps dancing. How the fuck do I respond to that? Any physical retaliation would be counter to getting her. What do I do? This was an extreme case, but getting "out done" is becoming a more common occurrence than I would like.

If she's rejecting her and the guy basically harasses her.... well I have three things to say about that:

Choose your venues more wisely. All clubs are not equal. Some are scummier than others.
If you're in there and sufficiently in the girl's space, then a guy won't have the room to "grab her" without physically assaulting you or knocking her over. The fact that he was so persistent despite your presence, says to me that you weren't asserting yourself strongly enough.
If a guy pulls something like that and she's still resisting, take her hand and help her get off the floor and move away from a guy like that. If she makes it clear that she's not interested and is walking away but the guy persists, then security will likely get involved and take care of that guy.
