Hey Seddit,

I consider myself a pretty solid dude. However, over the last few years, I've developed multiple injuries from working a blue collar job (i.e. forearm tendinosis and chronic back/knee pain). It's been bad enough that I've had to go through the rigmarole of a worker's comp claim and am quitting my job next week. Unfortunately I can't afford PT or serious medical care.

The problem I'm having is that these injuries are severely hindering my ability to be my best self because I can't be the active and fit person I want to be. About the only kind of exercise I can do is yoga, which I do about 3 times a week. One of the most frustrating things is that I play piano/keyboards and have been unable to lately because of my forearm.

So, in spite of these not-so-ideal circumstances, I want to still be a positive person and be confident in myself even though I'm nowhere near 100%. I suppose this is harder because I know that I have the drive to be active. Any advice?
