The workplace is less forgiving of mistakes, so you must use your best game, and the woman better be worth it, she has to bring her best game too.

Since you're an intern and its temporary deal. I'd say friendzone them all and roll out with your new wingwoman. Seduction in the workplace is a very tough road but there is nothing wrong with dating their friends

In my own personal experience I've worked with several women I thought were all worth at least FWB status, over the course of a few different jobs.

The best advice I can give anyone about dating or even just fucking someone you work with is simply...

DON'T FUCKING DO IT.

Here's why...

My most recent experience with this exact scenario caused me the most trouble I've ever had. This girl was amazing but lied about being married then turned out that she did this to her husband all the time (cheated), but I didn't find out til after it was over. They had 2 kids together... anyway so the company found out about us and relocated me to another building. This wasn't so bad and we continued anyway. Then she got pregnant. She said it was mine and I believed her because we fucked like rabbits and after it was all over I found out why I didn't know about the husband was because he was a drunk asshole and stayed out most nights and came home for maybe 3 hours during the day tops.

I never lived with this woman and only showed up at her house a handful of times and her excuse for not taking things to the bedroom was that it was always a mess and it killed her mood. I was more interested in sex than seeing her room so the couch sufficed.

Long story short she got an abortion and I'm still not a father but it was scary as hell because she originally wanted to keep it but I guess realized she couldn't because then her husband would find out about her infidelity.

Don't date or sleep with someone you work with... it's not worth it. Move on to a new job or different branch or something before exploring your prospects and if something develops...
