Reword a), c), and (inc. 1 phone number or k-close) don't make short term goals which depend on the girls reactions. Add 'Try to', if you make an attempt it's a success whether you get it or not. This is important for outcome dependence, but moreso for feeling like more of a badass no matter what happens and feeling better over the course of the night.

Change b) to 12+.

I would add:

Try minimizing time between sets(do as many sets as necessary for this)

Try to create a home base.

If you're going out alone for the first time, I would focus on the fundamentals of keeping momentum while alone because it's hard and the largest contributing factor for success.
