TL;DR: Ask "Why?"
BODY
CHAPTER 1: THE ULTIMATE POWER
How would you like to never crash and burn, ever again, in a conversation?
Simply ask the other party "why?"; you will appear interested in what they are saying, earning you points. Additionally, they will answer your innocuous question. Whatever they say will somehow reveal their character, information you should note for later reference.
Asking "Why?" is a chess move that simultaneously advances your pawn and reveals your opponent's strategy. To put it in a less sinister way, it will help you get along with anyone who's open.
TIP:
"Why?" can be infinitely stacked, like toddlers do, but to avoid getting caught try cloaking your whys in vague words:
"Why did you do it that particular way?"
"Why did you get started doing that?"
Or simply, use their name: "Why, Bart, why?"
Be sure to use a questioning tone, not an interrogating one. If they say "why not?," which is the only real counter to why, just say "because." Cheeky!
CHAPTER 2: TO SEE WITH EYES UNCLOUDED
The real reason why why is so great: The Red Pill was founded on it. None of us would know any of this information about hypergamy, divorce rape, female hamstering, etc. unless a few enterprising men looked at the world around them and asked, "why?" It would be great to be one of those who can ask why, then find an answer and be enriched!
Leaders look at the world and ask why, followers read about it in the sidebar. You could argue that The Red Pill is a means of re-educating disenfranchised men with a paradigm that once again makes them feel empowered, rather than the Alphadog Factory.
It seems our culture has devolved into "read the sidebar" and less "try thinking," more "work out and tailor your clothes, learn Spanish and play guitar" and less "develop a personal style and worldview," more "visit my website, buy my T-Shirts and donate bitcoins instead of giving me reddit gold" and less "try contributing to the conversation."
But at this point saying anything more will get me crucified, which is almost exactly what will happen if you continually ask why.
EPILOGUE: LESSONS LEARNED
- Ask "why?" in conversations to build rapport, continue conversations and learn about others.
- Ask "why?" to yourself, then find the answers, to develop your own personal view of the world, which is very alpha.
