Your facebook should be like an advertisement for you. The pictures should be classy and your posts nothing but positive. Equally importantly, your facebook should not give to much away about you- maintain some sense of mystery about you. If your facebook looks like this then, yes, add her.

Let me be honest, you sound like you are at low point. Having game means knowing when to put down the bat every now and then. There is a difference between approach anxiety and setting yourself up for failure. If you need to, take some time off doing the things that make you feel relaxed and confident again.

Tell her you live with two roomates that happen to be married? Actually, fuck that, tell it like it is if she asks, but always put a positive spin on it. "I actually had to come back home for a spell, but as soon as this thing comes through for me I will be well on my way to _____" you get the idea.

TLDR: you are the man. this is her opportunity to impress you and possibly earn the spot to be your girlfriend.
