I want a coach, for life/pick up. How do I make it happen?

Read the side bar, read the top posts, read a couple of books, and go out and get hundreds of hours of field experience under your belt. Make notes when you get home or the next morning, think through your interactions, figure out what things happened the way they did, look for patterns.

Then you'll be able to coach yourself.

Next best option: Find some like minded guys in your local area who can act as wingmen and a sort of support network.

Worst option: Get a professional coach.

Find your local lair and get into contact with them. Generally they will have a GroupMe text group where they go out and practice game.

I recently went out with the local lair group and definitely learned a lot. Talk to those guys and pick their brain.
