Simple; you don't. Her first inkling of an idea that you are interested in her should be with your first move. This doesn't mean you should kiss her before doing anything else. But moves should be clearly intentional and unmistakable. Ask her out. If you're going for a walk, hold her hand. Don't try to subtly hint at anything. Don't shower her with compliments. That's the woman's game. You're a man, and you take what you want. That's attractive. And (I saw this today) for the love of all that is holy, don't ever ask permission to make a move. Just do it.
