Give her another chance, if she is 'hesitant' again you might try some more if you really like her. If not, just move on and forget her.

I would give her at least a second chance, but no more.

I hope there was more playful conversation leading up to "I'll beat you in pool," seems a little abruptly aggressive to me.

You being late might have also shown her you don't respect her and she might be asking her friends if you deserve a second chance. She might have already been at the bar.

That's odd.. anyway I say you should have pre-empted entirely by letting her know straight up that you don't do second chances. I say forget about it and don't bring it up unless she does. And if she does just act like it's not big deal and that you forgot about it. If she was so interested to see you then she'll make plans. Remember, she fucked up not you.

Or you could always pull an RSDJeffy/Jlaix move and set up a meeting with her with every intention of flaking.
