Absolutely true, but some of those psychedelics can be too powerful for some. I'm witnessing it now, mushrooms have thrown my girlfriend a bit of course. (more specifically, she had a shitty re-entry) Meditation is a bit softer of an experience though building a habit of it is difficult for most.

I've checked out his stuff and I think it definitely works for him and people like him. But I find his personality a little bland and prefer other guys teaching the same stuff like Sasha Daygame whose personality is a bit closer to mine.

I predict it will fail solely because women aren't the initiators. Asking them to take that role is not something they're familiar with or have spent any time learning. There's a Patrice O'neal joke about men just not pursuing women for sex, women would not know what the fuck do with themselves. They'd be like all the sex-starved 'betas' they complain about.

If what you're saying is what to look out for then the opposite must be what to look for in a woman. Someone who is not social, doesn't have friends, and almost nil sexual experience. Seems to be TRP ideal but I'm not interested in that. I don't think you're taking responsibility, OP. Sure, she did shitty things and I'm not going to say you deserved it. You didn't. But you knew a great deal of these things either going into the relationship or learned them later. However, you chose to stay in th…

Really seems like one of those things that is up to your own perogative. What's wrong for some is perfectly right for certain others. It's a stretch to say that any of the points presented make it "wrong" to get into a relationship with a single mother. They are simply things you must keep in mind.

Thanks for the video Adam. This answers some of my questions for sure.

Ya know.. there's not really a competition of "which is the best gender." And the fact is men and women both have strengths. Typically where the other has a weakness. Complimentary sexual strategies, if you will.

I'm with you there. There are a couple others that he's had on the podcast and the Direct Dating Summit that I think are worth checking out too. Namely, David X and Johnny Soporno.

What has your experience been like approaching women when you're already in a relationship? How often are they just not having it at all? Oh and even better.. when you meet a new woman, when's the best time to let her know you're in that 'primary' relationship.

Our species has thrived on hundreds of thousands of years of genetic variation most of which was less than monogamous. I don't think casual sex is going anywhere.

meditation is not the way to deal with them. You sure about that? My father is seeing a therapist for depression and she's on him all the time about meditating. Granted, she recommends other things too but I don't see how it'd be a bad thing to have all the tools you can get at your disposal.

I knew I didn't want to settle for one woman from a pretty young age. I remember telling a circle of guys when I was like 11 that I wanted like 5 girlfriends at the same time.. Well it didn't work out that way. I did a series of monogamous relationships until I was 24. Then I said enough. I kept looking for the one girl that would take away my desire for other women. Also, it seemed they felt the same because about 60% of my relationships had ended in 'infidelity' and the others just didn't work…

When did this "sexual revolution" occur? From my understanding of Roman history, the dissolution of the Republic was more about ever more encroaching power grabs by consuls and generals. Marius is cited with helping a lot of that movement towards a dictatorship along. My point is I don't think monogamy had anything to do with Rome's initial success and I haven't read that anywhere. Though I haven't read everything.

I got so much love for this book. I read it after hearing Eben Pagan/David D recommend it in a seminar recording. Aside from DYD being bullshit, the book recommendations were solid. Read through it probably 4 or 5 times and listened to the audiobook for about a month straight in my car. The best thing I got from it was about not expecting your feminine to be a masculine, to appreciate her radiance, and allowing multiple feminine energies to invigorate you. The whole thing about the feminine bein…

Not all parts, but there are many parts where the author says we should embrace women's shit tests, flaking, capriciousness and other shit behavior. He's basically saying to not get upset about what they do because AWALT. And he's saying that women have a different view of truth and honor than men do. Expect a woman to be a woman.. not a man. Or more simply., "Everything and everyone prospers me now" so whatever happens, good or bad, you find a way to grow. If you read his other stuff (or any ne…

I've commented on other places where this is posted but I'll say it here too.. literally none of the guys they featured in the video tried to converse with her as much as they talked at her. I wonder if she ran into anyone that day that got in her path, stopped her, looked her in the eye with a hand out to actually introduce themselves.

I think they were hoping that too, but executing it horribly. Stopping the women in her tracks in the only way to get her attention.. so get in her path, extend a hand, and smile. The video is actually fairly re-affirming to me because it reminds me most guys suck at approaching.

I'm so tired of this friendzone BS. Either you're sexually viable in her eyes or you're not. "Friendzone" is a word made up by guys who weren't sexually viable to a particular woman but thought that waiting around might change her mind. It doesn't.
/r/seduction23/10/14 09:22 PM

If your wife is cool with that then I'd go for it. But it sounds like your wife would be oblivious. Everyone's got their own moral code but if your wife thinks you're monogamous with her and you're not.. well that's going to cause a lot of unnecessary drama. Don't think for a second you'll get away with it. Is it worth it?
/r/seduction23/10/14 08:40 PM

Women don't give back rubs to men they don't think are sexually viable. She's into you. Now the question is where is your code of ethics? And if you really are considering cheating.. should you be married?

I like girls with high-pitched voice and curly hair That's a typical guy thing, sticking to the superficial. How about this instead, what activities do you like doing? What activities do you want to take up but haven't yet? Say for instance you've always wanted to learn swing dancing. You take a class and meet women who are into the same thing. Remove yourself from the "I want a girl with these measurements and these certain physical attributes" mentality. You're probably basing that off an ex o…

Meditation is by far the best drug. All the other drugs listed are cool or whatever, but none have been shown to reduce anxiety when you're not actively taking them. When I'm out I try to come from a "meditative space" in all my interactions.

Yeah, women are incredibly tactful about checking us out and actually have a wider field of vision than we do. Unless you're an absolute trainwreck (obese, stinky, otherwise low value) they are totally looking at you. Probably several times a day without you knowing. And even if you were the aforementioned train wreck they're probably still looking at your because everyone has their kink.

I think they're meaning something different than we think. In my experience when I've clarified it with the few i've cared to ask it seems like they do in fact dig the Brad-Pitt-in-Fight-Club look. However, it's the jacked bodybuilder look that a lot of guys strive for that is unattractive to them. No idea why but I can relate, female bodybuilders are not attractive to me.

Watched and read everything I can find. Still don't think I have a handle on it. I think the moment you think you know it is the moment everything blows up in your face. Or are you going to claim it's the patriarchy's fault? Men are always going to be on top of the system they created. But I really don't think that the male vs female CEO ratio has anything to do with the quality of leadership. It should be said that if you're doing something 'to captivate women' then it's probably not going to work. At the very least it's not going to be as effective as it just being a part of who you are.

I can't speak for everyone... but it's generally a bad thing. First, the women are typically abused somewhere in their history. Not cool. Then watching it gives you poor expectations of what real women look like naked and what real sex is like. Not to mention, masturbating to it kills your motivation to go get the real thing. No thank you says I.

If your woman want to fuck other guys you're doing it wrong and you should be working on tingles and laying pipe like the world has never seen before. You should be delving into fantasies and accessing her most hidden desires in a way that no other guy could do. Like a Pimp you should know everything about her since the moment she was born and you should use all of that to bind her to you like no one else could. Have you ever been in a relationship?

Sure, AWALT. But I haven't seen any sidebar material that claims all poly people are low value and desperate for validation. But again, we're all 'desperate for validation' in some sense. It's part of the human condition. If you mean overly desperate for validation well that's a different story. But the poly people I've met typically aren't of that persuasion.

The only women who truly "need" to have an explicitly open "poly" relationship are low value women who are desperate for validation, and who want to feel like the center of attention from multiple males. The men who go along with this are themselves low value and desperate for whatever they can find. That's a very broad generalization of an entire community of people. Regardless, you'd be hard-pressed to find a living human that didn't thrive off the validation from other people. Isn't that basi…

Make sure your women are faithful. But don't make the mistake of having only one. In my experience, if I'm a woman's sole male partner she expects way too much out of me that I'm not prepared to give. Leading to more tension in the relationship. So one of my two rules for the women I date is that I am no woman's only male partner.

It should be added for noobs that external tactics like the ones listed are rooted in your mindset. You can do push/pull and still come off as needy. But if you have the correct mindset and belief structures you can do push-pull without memorizing the examples above.

This is a good starter: http://www.ziglar.com/sites/www.ziglar.com/files/pdf/self_talk_2.pdf But also use the search tool for /r/seduction and look up affirmations more related to dating and women. Couple things, shift you locus of control or where you get validation from. You're looking for it from women, thinking they're judging you or whatever. Start giving yourself validation consciously. Love yourself. Truly and fully. Also, stop trying to get girls. I mean this. If you start talking to a girl with the goal in mind of seducing her then you've already lost. Start going out with the intention of just having fun and letting other people have fun with you. And talk to everyone, not just t…

Don't avoid interview questions altogether. They're good especially in the beginning. But when you find something you're genuinely interested about, ask more about it. If their response is cold, then you could tell a story about yourself. It's easy to make yourself look good but not brag. You wanna drop things about having friends, doing cool things like your hobbies(kayaking, rock climbing, playing guitar, whatever makes you unique), and drop things about the female friends in your life. Defini…

This is what we call daygame and is way better for meeting girlfriend material. And I think you're looking for the difference between being direct and indirect. Indirect is where you mask your attraction/intentions and strike up a conversation about something unrelated. Direct is where you basically lay it out there, not in a vulgar way, but make your intentions clear. For me, going indirect al…

It can. But only within that niche. For instance, if you're a gamer and make an awesome game then earn a ton of money you'll have an easier time with the women who know you've made an awesome game. Inner. How you interpret yourself and the world will guide your style of approach. That being said, I don't think you can do the more advanced things like pulling two girls home unless you have the outer stuff in check too. But you'll never get to that point without solid inner game first. I think of it as inner game being the 20% that gets you 80% of the results, and outer game being the 80% that contributes 20% to the reults.

Outer game originates with your inner game. If you got your head on right, you probably won't need any 'outer' game techniques. And it (Models) has all the barebones outer game stuff that you need.

Reading it again would definitely be worth it. It's some good shit. Anyway, what he's talking about is removing the bullshit that keeps you from doing what you want to do anyway. Honest communication. It's not false confidence if you've already internally validated yourself. Which is a major topic in the first part of the book. And considering that we'll stay in a shitty situation for a while, 2 years is about the time we would come to realize that things aren't going to get better. There is though, I believe, an exception to this. You're familiar with David D and Mystery so you may also be familiar with Johnny Soporno. …

You told her that you don't drink. If she was so insistent to buy you a drink after telling her you don't then she's being foolish. She's also, and I hate this term, shit-testing you. She wants to see if you'll stick to your guns and as long as you have the stronger reality and self-concept, you win. And if she doesn't want to see you anymore because of it, leaves you standing there, or acts out too much about it.. then just move on to the next one. No big deal.

Society was built on the traditional family. Eeeehhh that's a stretch. Modern society flourished more because of the technology of agriculture and the food surpluses created therein. The family probably happened because this technology broke up the tribes we lived in for community support. Everything else though, absolutely and I got that from everything else I've read here before. I guess the difference was I didn't attribute monogamy to the advance of modern society. In that context though, re…

Wives can cheat on RP men. If she cheats, drop her and move on. No woman on this planet is worth being OK with getting cheated on. Right and this is my issue with TRP. If it's given that she's going to desire other partners other than you.. why put the monogamy expectation on her? Even more, why put it on yourself? Not exactly. I don't agree with shame or moral judgment based on a gender's sexual strategy and I don't think it's helpful at all. Sexuality is an amoral thing. Likewise, hypergamy is amoral. We talk about women 'riding the cock carousel' and having promiscious behavior.. and then we expect exclusive monogamous LTRs out of them. This community and moreover men and women at large haven't gotten the point that maybe we just weren't designed for (and didn't evolve with) lifelong monogamous commitme…

I think TRP gets it right when it comes to the promiscious nature of human sexuality. I think it is flawed in pushing the idea that there's something morally wrong with a woman who acts in accordance with her nature. The two seem at odds. And it leaves a lot of guys in that anger phase when their expectations don't match reality at all.

But asking for permission to start a conversation isn't endearing, it's weak. Cut out that part and replace it with "We need coffee" or "Let's get magical" will command a little more authority. Daily meditation and yoga - getting some practice at breathing deeply into my belly helped me in my daily life to remember to breathe. Most of my disfluency was caused by simply running out of air. Depends on your goals. Okay so what to do when a girl you're speaking with breaks eye contact momentarily while you're speaking to her.. Who cares? No really, this is a total non-issue and you're overthinking it. Hopefully you're doing the same thing because heavy eye contact can be really weird without it. Also, we look up/down left/right depending on what part of our brain we're accessing. So it probably just means she's thinking about whatever is your talking about.

I would definitely work on that to get passed this issue. If you're not escalating it's most likely because of several reasons, you're attached to that outcome and you don't love and respect yourself enough to act on your natural desires without hesitation. If you fail at escalating you're going to take it too personally and that's why you don't escalate, your ego is at stake. Meditation and affirmations help out a lot with that.

What are some things you guys do to keep your head up? I always have my own shit going on. My business, my music, my friends, my fitness and emotional well-being. And if I'm lacking, those are the areas I work on first. I like my life and the ride I'm on, she's only tagging along for a period of time.

That's not last minute resistance. LMR is right before the act. She's saying "we're not having sex tonight" because she's thinking about it and saying that out loud makes her feel less slutty. In this case, you can disregard it and escalate later.

What are some other ways that you keep her interested? By being the less invested half of the relationship. This sounds shitty but it's true, the one in the relationship who is less invested and more willing to walk away has the power. I hate that this is true but I don't make the rules, I just follow them.

The very beginning. I knew I was 'built' for nonmonogamy for a while before I said 'enough' and wouldn't date a girl unless she was cool with it. We were open for a few months but then she wanted to try monogamy and we nearly broke up. Opened the relationship back up and things have been mostly good since. The reason interests wanes is that honeymoon brain chemicals start to wear off after 6 - 18 months, depending on the person. Typically you'll see couples get engaged before that 18 month windo…

I've been with my main squeeze for 3 years. I don't think I would have been with her that long if we weren't both actively pursuing 'fun' outside the relationship. Of course, open relationships are not for everyone but it's worked for us. It allowed me to give her the gift of missing me.

It's normal, but not healthy. She's going to have faults. The 'alabaster girl' or perfect girl you seek only exists in your head. I think all men have this girl in our minds. But I think she's expressed in many different ways through many different women. Accept her for her flaws(if they are acceptable) and don't get so anxious about marriage.

Hahaha homie, what's the risk of not approaching? I'll tell you, never getting the girl! So.. You want something? Go get it! Women respect bold action and honesty. The only risk of approaching is getting rejected which is really not that bad. I'd rather know than walk away like a chump. Really, you sound like you've never been exposed to any of this material. I highly recommend Models by Mark Manson. But hey, not my life. If you don't approach them some other guy will. More for us. :)

I mean, who cares? If you think she's cute and you want to talk to her then you should. That's the only "sign" you need. If you're looking for her to do some sort of body language thing to let you know she's receptive, you're probably not going to get it. Waiting for eye contact is just your mind's way of baiting you into NOT approaching her. Fuck that, approach.

I sure hope this isn't serious but I'll bite. No, making eye contact is not 'pedastalizing' her. NOT making eye contact is showing you've giving your dominance away. Imagine a dog, if you approach a dog with strong eye contact it sees you as a threat, that it's in danger. In the same way, the woman needs to feel that she's in danger. In danger of getting fucked. Make eye contact. Not creepy eye contact but strong and powerful eye contact.

The only way to get it is to give it. Look at how you're treating others, if you're demanding respect without giving it.. you're a dick. If you're giving it at your own expense, you're not respecting yourself. Respect both others and yourself, people will see this behavior, and will respect you for it.

Because TRP is a reflection of society's biases at large. As enlightened as TRP claims to be, as a whole they are not. They are men who are typically unsatisfied with themselves and their sexual experience. Which makes it easier for them to shame women for having sex. Remember, a slut is only a woman who's having more sex than YOU would like her to have.

its certainly not a simple shit test when you have white knights willing to fight you for calling a women sexy. Or when you say hi to a women walking down the street she punches your two front teeth inside your mouth. "No not tonight, you could come over tomorrow though?" This is a good sign. Do I wait until later and say something like "What time am I coming over to watch ___? :)" or do I not text her at all and wait for her? Definitely don't wait for her. That line seems pretty weak. And just saying "hey when am I coming over?" could make her uneasy. I'd say meet up for drinks somewhere near her place, have some fun, then bring back up going to her place.
/r/askTRP18/08/14 05:30 PM

Me:what's that supposed to mean Her:nvr mind This shit test is over so nothing in this case. But in the future you want to be playful and roll with it. Something like.. "I'll be the judge of that" may have been better.

If he plans on marrying this girl, maybe. But in all likelihood they'll have a 6-12 month relationship at which point one or both of them will become unbearable needy resulting in the dissolution of the union. And one of them, most likely him, will quit to avoid the awkwardness and pain of seeing her everyday. Again, don't shit where you eat.

Someone once suggested that you should give off the air of being "sexually liberated" and pretend that you're one of those "sexual history doesn't matter at all" sort of people. Once she is convinced of this vibe, she'll be dying to tell you about her past exploits. ha! Pretend you're an egoless guy with no intention of ever being one. Try to make eye contact with everyone on your way to the bathroom or whatever, slightly smile, and say good morning or hey or whatever. Then add the next step, making small talk. I think the prevelance of polygamous cultures has more to do with suppression of sexuality and women as property. An idea that would have come with the technology and rise of agriculture. I don't believe prior to 10k-15k years ago polygamy was the modus operandi for culture. Or monogamy for that matter. Speaking purely from a strategy perspective, putting all your eggs in one basket as a man or woman is not a good idea.

Typically from what I've seen here, they're against it. It doesn't fit into the alpha/beta and monogamy paradigms and so largely it seems this community sees it as a negative. Which if you're saying you're not "RedPill" enough then you're living by someone else's standards. Fuck that. Wake up everyday with the sole purpose of impressing the guy you stare at in the mirror. To more directly answer your question though, daily affirmation and visualization is typically the way to go. Tony Robbins has some powerful stuff …

I agree, I don't think it's a healthy attitude either. I think the better attitude is to display the most attractive version of yourself. And don't put those things on display which are less than desirable. You're marketing yourself. And you wouldn't see an ad from Tide with any mention that there product may harm the environment. They market that it'll do the job and exceed expectation.

Absolutely. It's a misconception that they orgasm and ejaculation are the same thing. The orgasm happens before ejaculation and with practice you can have as many orgasms are you want and feel refreshed by sex instead of depleted.. The basics of western Tantra.

I, too, have been focusing on ridding my life of porn. But not by simply NOT doing it. Masturbation is a healthy part of anyone's life. After reading The Multi-Orgasmic Man I found what I wanted to build towards. By abstaining from ejaculation I've found more sexual pleasure and more control over my lesser self. Hmm.. all that sounds legit and I wouldn't change it. One thing I like to do before I even leave the interaction is say something like "You're cool. Or maybe we come up with something during the convo like say you talked about a concert you're going to and she showed interest in it. At the end of the day it may not even be something you're doing. How many times has this happened?

I get a feeling that you're escalating without making a genuine connection. A lot of guys have problems getting Day 2s because they escalate or ever close and ignore comfort building/rapport. Or there's also a possibility after the meetup you're coming off as "needing it." How much are you texting afterwards? Yes. This community shames women for their sexual nature while praising ourselves for our sexual nature. Both genders are just as horny as the other. There's no reason for this nonsense. For as enlightened as TRP claims to be, it's a pretty unenlightened way of being. Johnny Soporno has a good talk about why we in this community and our community at large do this

Do you understand why men place so much importance on virginity? Men want to know that their child is theirs so they don't spend their own valuable resources raising someone elses child.* In this way, virginity is prized because you (supposedly) know that child is going to be yours. I let them know straight up that they won't get fidelity from me so I don't expect to from them. That's one of the things I think this community gets hella wrong. It gets it right when it comes to speaking to the true nature of women but it gets it totally wrong when it then shames women for their nature.

It's your frame of reference really. If you're doing it because you want to make people happy, that's needy. If you're doing it because it makes you feel good inside, you're good. You should be happy with whatever you did regardless of any recognition or positive/negative response you get.

Low partner count I disagree with this entirely. Women with < 10 partners are awful fuckers. 30 - 50 is when they start to figure it out. I say have plenty of partners. Then just do what all women do and lie about your real count. Or better yet, stop counting and fuck to learn how to.

Under 25 let's see.. relationship wise they are typically (in my experience) seeking monogamy but will quickly end a relationship when it stalls or something better comes along. A little quicker than an older woman. Sex wise it depends on the amount of experience she has. If she has less than 10 partners than she will usually have no idea what she's doing. 30 - 50 partners and that girl knows what's up.

I'm getting back into it after being out for a few years. Nothing will take away that fear but learn to treat that fear as a good thing. Go for it, get that rush. Your mind will do anything to stop you, say anything to you to get you to give up. "She's too hot for me" "I don't know what to say" "blah blah blah" fuck it all. Memorize this: "Hey, I'm X. What's your name?" Another thing you can do: quit beating off and watching porn. On day 7 of not getting off, go out and talk to people.

To directly answer your title, because women have a fetish for deflowering young men in the same way men fetishize deflowering young women. And your self esteem is obviously the problem. Start every morning like this: Exercise, Meditation, Affirmations, Visualization, Read (Eckhart Tolle or Tony Robbins), and Journal. Commit to that for 2 weeks and see how you feel.

Remember, many women will say that (even if they don't have one) so they don't feel slutty. Watch how the RSD guys handle it. If there is a guy ask "Are you together?"

But, I am not sure if that is really what I am suppose to be doing. You're supposed to be trying to pull back to your place or hers for the purpose of rubbing genitals together.

I didn't like that one either. Not that I don't agree with the author but I find I have a hard time getting past how much of a douche he is. I wanted to comment though and second "Models" by Mark Manson. It's practical and it's not written by an insufferable douche.

It's important to keep in mind, too, this wasn't just that women that didn't want to be around this guy. From his writing, his childhood sounded pretty horrendous. I can imagine dealing with the things he had to, I'd have a hard time keeping my head on straight to. The first 20 years of your life you're just a leaf in the wind, and by that time for him it would have already been too late. The damage was deep.

A lot of things are being said about this guy. But few are talking about how a monster was like this was created. It wasn't just that girls didn't like him, look at his family life. Anyone who walked in his shoes would have had a hard time keeping a cool head too.

More alpha? I don't know.. if you think that you're "less than" that's a problem right there. If she's flirting with other dudes in front of you, how much is she really into you?

If the game is mostly about having an attractive lifestyle, where would you start in getting your shit together? In my case, I'm a broke recent college grad and navy vet living in my sister's basement. My dream is to run an internet business but right now I can't even buy hosting. What are the daily habits I need to adopt to see change in my life? Thanks a ton in advance.

"She proved to me multiple times that she didn't really respect our relationship." eh watch some of that animosity. It'll eat you up. It sounds like you're young and she probably was too. She probably wasn't ready for the type of relationship you wanted. And remember, you were the one that put her on that pedestal, she didn't want to be there. "She was my first serious girlfriend, and I left the relationship feeling heartbroken and depressed." Remember bro, there will be others. Many, many other…

I like Tyler Durden's take on it. AA exists because our egos are attached to our outcome and we think our thoughts are real. Read "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. Totally changes your perspective and helps you consciously understand what's going on. Someone said below to try mushrooms and those will take you there but sometimes it can be hard to take the lesson away from it. When you see your thoughts for what they are, manifestations of the brain and not your true nature, it's easier to sli…

I'm about 90 pages into Models, and holy crap man. It blows everything else in the community out the water. His emotional investment idea really resonated with me. I subscribe to the OkCupid sub and I thought about why all you see on there is women posting very confrontational messages from needy guys. Those needy guys are highly emotional invested in that response and it fucks them up. And in my own interactions, if I was too emotionally invested I would almost always fuck it up. Unless the wom…

How often are you approaching? It sounds like you're spending too much time in theory (like many of us do) and not enough time applying it. If you throw yourself into enough situations, things are going to start to click. You already have the knowledge, you need the experience. And the key is consistency. Also, are you working on your inner psychology and self talk? Do you journal? Do you use affirmations? I'm just guessing but you may reside more on the negative than the positive side of your e…

First date.. hmm.. I always make it in a neutral location. Coming over to the house may happen but it'll happen in a latter part of the date, not initially. I take a page out a David D's book and say something like "We'll have to do this in public spot because I don't want kidnapped and/or sexually abused." Then I'll do something like starbucks or walk around the mall for a bit. My last first date (with my current SO) started that way. Then the scene got lame and I said let's go to my favorite t…

You can always recover. It just became important for me to remember that I'm a fluid concept and can completely define myself in whatever moment arises. Meditation, like I said, helps. Or psilocybin for people in a hurry.

That's awesome. We tend to make a big deal out of it but there's a ton of compassion and understanding out there. If someone wants to be a dick about it, that says more about them than us. I've found meditation and learning to become present is what has done the trick for me. If I'm in my head for too long it screws with me.

Negative as an excuse not to go out or no approach. Even after I became more fluent I had a loop in my head telling me if I went up and talked to that person I'd trip over words, have a very awkward silence, and the other person would break the tension by laughing. When I little, I would think that people were laughing at me instead of breaking tension so I took a lot of personally. I'm getting over it but I'm in a LTR right now so I'm not even thinking about approaching right now.

I don't use the canned lines either. What I was referring to was the model, I can't even remember what he called it. The attraction-comfort-seduction method. I can't think of a time that a successful seduction didn't go in that order.

Check out this post. http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/11kn4j/there_used_to_exist_a_really_good_list_of/ Say them with conviction to yourself in the mirror right when you wake up and right before you go to bed. This may sound a little offbeat but I learned to read people's MBTI from cues in an interaction.(I think the book that helped was "The Art of Speedreading People" or something). I'm ENFP and my best relationships have been with INFJs and INTJs so I look for girls that are a little bit "aloof" but really brainy. Of course, after initial attraction.

Remember, less than 7% is the words you say. It doesn't fucking matter what you say if it's said from a place of power Don't be afraid to work on your inner game some. If you think it's because you're not attractive then it leads me to believe you're not comfortable in your skin yet.
/r/seduction02/11/12 04:26 PM

Yeah, I'd assume it has to do with your belief structure(inner game). Check out some Tony Robbins and learn how to do affirmations, do them every day when you wake up and right before you go to bed. You'll start to develop that positive part of your brain(and yeah, neuroplasticity is real). Always know that you do have control in the moment, changing your belief structure will help you out a lot during the way.
