Thanks for linking me to Franco's topic on the subservient mental frame (http://www.francoseduction.com/neediness-management-2/ ) a while ago. I had NO idea how MASSIVELY needy i was before i read his book. I enjoyed it a lot.

Now comes the hard part - implementation...

I want to hear what was your experience with the book (or the material presented in it). Do you find his ideas useful?

I even printed out some important messages from his book (as he suggested) and am currently able to look at them often, because i've glued them on one side on the door in the room where i spend most of my time.

Here's what i've printed:

"In every woman there are two levels: the socio-rational level and the evolutionary primordial, instinctual level"

  • This is a big one, this gives the answer why some women go out with jerks and whatnot, it's because such behaviour activates their primordial instincts (which are stronger than rational ones) and they feel attracted to such individuals (strong emotions).

"The woman is compelled by an instinctive, biological mechanism to go to bed with the Alpha man and then try to transform him into a beta"

  • This explains pretty much "female logic" as it turns out nature has made women to be schizophrenic creatures. They like the alpha independent man, but all the time they try to turn him into a beta, which if he allows should decrease attraction from her side.

" In Words, actions and omissions I speak, move and behave in such a way that i never ask for forgiveness about my personality and my sexual desire as a male. I am an impudent individual."

  • I think this is a big one too. It's about making us realise that we need to be confident with ourselves and never say that we're sorry for who we are or what we like. Franco also says that "impudence" and "leadership" are the two main qualities of an alpha male.

Franco has MANY cool ideas and tips regarding women, perhaps i'll make another post asking what's your opinion on most them.
