Keep it simple and hold yourself like you're Han fucking Solo. You'll be fine. Bear in mind, though, that's she's probably at the library to get shit done, not flirt with strangers. Don't be surprised if she doesn't want to talk to you. If that happens, don't sweat it. Just try again with some other girl.

If she's at a table, sit down at the table and start studying something (not her though). Then after you get settled, introduce yourself and ask what she is studying.

If you haven't scared her off yet, find more things to talk about. Ask if she finds it interesting; if you know something about it, make a comment about it and keep the discussion going.

Just be yourself, get the conversation going, and have her talk most of the time.
