How do I say "you're beautiful, i want you to be my girlfriend" without sounding cheesy?

Tell her you think she's beautiful, and ask her for a date? Why would you go so far as being together so fast? I don't know without more details, but it seems like you don't know each other too well. Just go for the date, or ask if she has any plans for the upcoming weekend?

To express those words, it's gonna be cheesy, regardless. So, you might as well go all out, and get that woman some flowers. NOT Roses. Flowers. And in/with the card that you buy WITH the flowers, that's where you say/write those words.
