Hey seddit! I have a problem I was hoping anyone here could help me with.

I noticed that when I talk to girls, whether they be strangers or acquaintances, is the direction and state of the conversations I have with them. One of my main problems is keeping a conversation going fluidly; there's often small gaps of time (around 3 to 6 seconds, and sometimes even longer) of silence, so I find myself having to break this silence frequently. This causes the conversation to feel blocky, and doesn't seem continuous or engaging enough. In other cases, a conversation will go really well for 5 or so minutes, then just die suddenly and I'll have trouble bringing it back. I can often see this coming, but I have problems dealing with it before the silence settles. Does anyone else have this problem, or have fixed it to some degree?

I'm currently working on the principles Owen (RSDTyler) talks about in his video on this very issue, but I'm just curious if anyone else has anything to chime in with. It's currently one of my biggest issues, next to AA. I'll admit, realizing this issue has fed my AA a little bit more. I am naturally an extrovert, and even at my high points in energy (which is obviously really high for an extrovert) this issue still arises.

Any advice on the issue would be a lot of help. Thanks everyone!
