A cool bar, relatively close to your place. It should have dim lighting. You should be able to speak and hear each other easily. It should have some interesting beers/drinks (don't bring her to an overly expensive place unless you plan to pay for the whole thing). Sit at the bar. If you can't sit at the bar, sit at a table so the two of you are at a right angle to one another - never sit across from her as it prohibits touching.

That's it. Don't over think it.
