See how responsive she is. Put your hand on her leg, her hand, over the shoulder. If she responds, then she will be very easy to open further. Best thing about these are its not like your going for the kiss instantly and making stuff awkward. I get nervous a lot too, and this works for me.

I always count to myself "1...2...3" then do whatever it is I'm considering doing. that's my personal approach though, everyone is different

OP, what are you nervous about? Rejection? How you look? Failure to perform sexually?

I'm guessing it's rejection you fear. Just think, the girl was in your bed with you. If she wasn't into you on at least some level she wouldn't be there. Just make a move and don't over think it. Play with her hair. Take her hand. Just do whatever. Take it slow. See how she reacts. Two steps forward and one step back. So maybe you go from touching her hair to holding her hand. Then you let go of the hand for a few seconds. Then go put your hand in her lap on her thigh. Etc.

Have some goddamn confidence in yourself.
