I would ask you about why you're hurt and why you want to change yourself and why you feel that it will make you happy. But guess what? It doesn't fucking matter.

What matters is that you're not doing this for her (or him). That you're not trying to become someone else so that you can have them. What matters is that you're doing this because you want more. You don't want to feel that way again. You want to meet people that will make you genuinely happy. You want to never be afraid to shoot for what you want. You want to release the real you, in all your fucking careless disregard for norms, and enjoy what the fruit of your polished self has to offer.

What matters is that you do this for your past, your present, and your future happiness.

Well, here's the thing. You're always going to get hurt. It's a part of life. It's how you grow and mature. It's how you learn.

Avoiding pain means you're not living life. It means you're putting a shell around yourself because you're afraid to face what's out there.

You can use it as motivation to start off, but don't make it your end goal. If you live your life trying to avoid pain, it means you'll pretty much never enjoy it because you're constantly defending yourself from life.

Being a good PUA means being vulnerable, authentic, and open. Yeah, you're gonna get hurt sometimes. But you're also going to experience the best women, as well. I have some inauthentic friends who sleep with attractive women. It's great for them, but when I look at them, I don't they really enjoy life on a very deep level. They're always bitching about something, there's always some problem with their lives (that's conveniently not their fault), and I can't hang out with them because they're usually not real. They put on fronts and it'll prevent them from getting the relationships/dates/etc. that they really want.

What matters is you go out and fucking do it. I had a breakup and getting a better girl was my only motivation.

I broke into depression and tears after getting rejected over and over again. We all have those shitty days.

It's this intense pressure that will build you. Knowing you have worked on yourself and not just relying on good looks.

Approaching a beautiful girl, you know even in dreams she can't go through all the rejections you have gone through.
