I haven't been in many relationships, but this girl seems to be really keen on me. I don't want to pursue an actual relationship with her, but wouldn't be opposed to a sexual relationship.

I am fine with however it goes, but I just want to clear the air before I send the wrong message. What is the best way to let her down? Do just tell her that we need to talk and give it to her straight?
