How the fuck do you do it? I'm a freshman in college and it is so much different then high school. In high school you knew everyones situation and if they were talking to someone, etc. but in college it's completely different.

I don't know if a girl has a boyfriend, if a girl is talking to a guy already and I don't want to come off as creepy trying to pick up a girl or hit on her because I don't want that reputation among her friends and what not.
