Hi there /r/seduction

I've been a lurker for a few months now and finally I've decided to make a post! I use seduction for a) the women and b) to become a more likeable person as they seem to have a better time in life. Recently I've noticed a decline in my social abilities. I've always been an introvert but for the past two months I've become more introverted to the point where I sometimes can't hold a conversation not because I don't want to but because we've run out of things to talk about.

I'm an interesting person, I have things to talk about yet when I'm talking to people it all vanishes, its really starting to piss me off hence why I'm asking this subs help! I guess my question is: how do all of y'all maintain a conversation? Sorry if this is vague but any tips would help as I'm willing to put them into practice.
