Look, you might have the wrong idea about "Seduction." The core skills of "Seduction" are nothing more than social skills. The only difference between being socially adept with some dude and being socially adept with a girl you want to sleep with or date, is intention.

So you're not going to "move on" to seduction after improving your "social skills." If you're truly improving your "social skills," you will have already started improving your "Seductive" skills.

Probably not worth your time. "The easiest way" to do anything will only result in half-assing it and getting results that aren't really what you want.

The "cheap and easy" ways to make a girl chase you, involve deception or smoke and mirrors regarding who you are as a person. Which will make you feel cheap and easy before long......and will suck the fun out of it whether you want a fling or something serious.

Really. There's a few posts every month or so by guys who are burnt out on "Seduction" because they went down this road and fooled themselves into thinking that being dishonest and hiding who they are, is what everyone is doing when they "seduce" or "socialize."

It's not worth the trouble.

Also I've noticed random people looking at me in the street, in the shops and when I'm in the car. Why is this?

No offense, but why do you think that you have supplied enough information to get any meaningful answer to this? There are more reasons than I could list and most of them would have absolutely NOTHING to do with YOU.

You must be an attractive man for her to chase you, and there's no "easy way" to do this. You improve yourself as best as you can, and approach women. After you state your interest, just follow the Law of Least Effort and make sure to get her investing as much as possible. If she doesn't chase you after you've pursued her initially, you find another girl who likes you more.

Usually, the guys are the ones who do the chasing, you can still pull it off by being as seductive as possible and retain enough charm to make her chase ,which is achieved through very solid game game. The approach and first impression is still the man's job.

On the other hand, you can work REALLY hard to develop a persona and a celebrity status popularity. If you retain enough value girls will dive into your arms. But you have to work hard for this.
