I'm 25, fit, educated, personable, finacially ok etc. However, 2 years ago I got testicular and lymphatic cancer, and the resulting surgeries left me sterile. I still have orgasms no problem, but nothing comes out ( it's called a retrograde ejaculation). It actually contributed to the end of a 4 year relationship. I have no problem meeting/pulling women, but my fertility situation makes me something like a friendzoner, but women are only interested in me for one-offs or a 1 to 2 week string of hook-ups. I'm happy with this for now, but I think in the near future I will want something more substantial. Any advice on how to go about this? I've had some ppl tell me to deliberately omit the sterility until I've already got a woman "onboard" for something serious, but that seems too manipulative for me.
