Is the point of TRP to become an alpha and make a woman a beta?

Obviously, i believe the point of trp is to better yourself as a man, but in doing so you become more valued in a woman's eyes. However, in doing so, do you turn her into an orbiter of sorts. A woman makes a beta orbit her by showing feigned signs of attraction. But if a man spins plates, isnt that basically the reverse form of that?
