Really, the only way to get better at sex is to have more sex.

That said, there are a few things you should do to make your first time better.

Learn to put on a condom. Go buy some and practice putting them on so you're not fumbling around with them like a noob.

Do some cardio. Getting winded after a minute isn't going to impress anyone.

Do pushups. Not only is it a good exercise, but when you're on top you put a lot of weight on your arms, and especially your wrists. If you're not used to it, you're going to start getting sore very quickly.

I think you should tell her the truth. It may calm her fears of being dumped and would ease your pressure to perform to her standards. As for what to do everyone is different but there are some great tips and ideas if you look around and search.

IMO, even though experience is what it takes to become adept at sex, you should never question yourself. When I had sex for the first time with a girl that had 3 exes, I was perfect. That is because I thought noone could be better than me, even though I never had sex. Porn helped, I already knew everything I had to do, I just had to have the courage to do it. And it paid off. Ofc, it's also a matter of sexual compatibility. Years (and 4 girls) later, I met one who I just couldn't satisfy enough. I know I was doing everything right, it just wasn't meant to be good. Anyway, my advice is you should definitely do her should it come to that. Even if you're not that good, you'll have had sex with her.
